Magnar Group were recently awarded the entire build package for this project from the strip out element to decoration and finishes. The project had a number of difficulties due to the extent of the work required to the building with no real delivery or storage areas. Nonetheless, with extensive planning and a relentless attitude, the project was delivered on time and on budget.
