We were approached by Attwell's in December to negotiate and deliver a refurbishment and fit out package as a main contractor to a Grade 2 listed building in Colchester that they had recently acquired. The Architect's scope ensured that the interior of the building retained all it's periodic features From the initial enquiry discussion to required completion date we only had 8 working weeks in which we had to hand back the completed project. We were able to commit to this requirement by implementing an intensive 7 day week construction programme and good faith relationship with the client. 

Needless to say, the listed status and age of the building ensured that we encountered several hurdles throughout the project but we were able to overcome these with our standard pro-active and pragmatic approach. On completion, the client was extremely pleased with the standard of finish and the 'no fuss' manner in which we carried it out.
